Coaching sessions will last for 60 minutes with your option of a 30-minute extension if available. Weekly or bi-weekly sessions are available Monday thru Thursday, excluding holidays. Payment for your coaching sessions are due within forty-eight (48) hours of your scheduled appointment. If sessions are not paid in full by this time, after notification, your time slot will be extended to other patrons. Our session fee is $50 per 30 minutes. The Progress Report or Pop-Up Session fee is $25 per 15 minutes. Promotion codes must be presented at the time of purchase.
Cancellations A 24-hour notice is required for a full refund. If a 24-hour notice is not extended, a cancellation fee of $25 may be assessed. **If you are not able to attend two consecutive sessions and extend delayed notification of your absence, within 24 hours we will review schedules to discuss the current and alternate appointment dates. At this time, we may also agree to terminate future service.

Confidentiality Policy
All coaching sessions are confidential. Exceptional circumstances could include:

If you, as the client, provide written consent to share confidential information.

In circumstances where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others. We will discuss first.

Where, in extreme cases, I am legally compelled by a court of law.

Where statutory law requires me to inform the relevant authorities (such as terrorist activities, or abuse of a child or vulnerable adult).
