A Purpose Filled Solution

Moving from a quick fix goal to a purpose filled solution. During my first post college job, I was determined to win our region's diaper sales challenge. One of my customers bought cases of diapers, way more than they should have purchased. This could have impacted their inventory space and the ability address other product demands but my director and I found solutions to help my account. That incident reminded reminded me that one shoe does not fit all sizes. Know your audience and your resources then incorporate them in innovative solutions. This is an example of the right way to do it.
