Just by viewing FORWARD Life Coaching’s website, you have taken a huge leap FORWARD.  Often, great innovative and change ideas are discussed then forgotten.  As a rule of thumb, 20 percent of your people will support your efforts to initiate change, 50 percent will be undecided, and the remaining 30 percent will resist you.   Convincing the 80% of persons who are not supporting you, that you have a great idea, can become exhausting and cause burnout during a transition.
